		<description>Yes, you could use a program such as Outlook or Outlook Express to download all of your Gmail e-mail. In addition to downloading all of the e-mail to another program you can also download only new e-mails or download ALL e-mails. 
I actually changed my Gmail and am using Outlook instead of the Gmail web interface for my e-mailing.</description>
